By accessing or using Devnity Infotech's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services. We provide innovative software solutions including web development, mobile apps, and AI/ML integration.

Unless otherwise indicated, all results of the services, including code, design, and documentation produced by Devnity Infotech, are our proprietary property until full payment is received, upon which ownership of final deliverables transitions to the client as per the individual project contract.

3. User Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information for project requirements.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any shared access credentials.
• Ensure all provided assets do not infringe on third-party intellectual property.
• Adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule.

4. Limitation of Liability

Devnity Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
